Emmanuel Nsiah Amoako is a research assistant at Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. With a PhD in forensic science regulation, he is interested in forensic sciences carried out in forensic science units and their interaction with the criminal justice system. He has published on the approach of forensic science regulation in England and Wales and continues to work on emerging regulatory developments, such as the provision of statutory regulatory powers for the Forensic Science Regulator.
