Special Birthday Issue Honoring Professor Hatsuo Ishida

by | Mar 7, 2019

Colleagues and friends dedicate to Professor Hatsuo Ishida a special issue and a special section in Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics.

Professor Hatsuo Ishida.

Professor Hatsuo Ishida has been a pioneer in the molecular characterization of composite interfaces. His scientific activity covers a wide range of domains from synthesis to surface vibrational spectroscopy, rheology and processing of composite materials. He has also been a pioneer in the field of benzoxazines and polybenzoxazines.

Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics dedicated a special issue (issue 1/2019) and a special section (issue 3/2019) to Professor Hatsuo Ishida on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

Guest-edited by Pablo Froimowicz, Kan Zhang, and Qichao Ran, the issue and the special section are a collection of contributions from scientists who had the pleasure and honor to work together with Professor Hatsuo Ishida.

The authors, the guest-editors and the Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics editorial team wish Professor Hatsuo Ishida all the best for the years to come!

All contributions to the special issue and to the special section are free to access during the whole of 2019.
